  • How many guests can we accommodate?
    We can host a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 130 guests.
  • Can we have extra guests after dinner?
    Certainly! You can invite additional guests for the reception, up to a total of 160 people.
  • Are dogs allowed to be part of our day?
    Dogs are welcome during the outdoor ceremony and photo sessions, but they are not allowed in indoor areas.
  • Can we bring our own alcohol?
    Unfortunately, outside alcohol is not permitted at our facility due to our liquor licence.
  • Can I bring in outside catering?
    While catering is primarily provided through our meal packages, you can bring in your own wedding cake and other snacks/desserts for an evening snack station.
  • Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
    Absolutely. We cater to various dietary restrictions, and details can be discussed during the menu review with our chef.
  • Is your venue wheelchair accessible?
    Yes, our venue is fully wheelchair accessible, meeting all provincial accessibility regulations.
  • Do we allow overnight parking?
    Yes, you can leave vehicles overnight, but they must be picked up by 11 am the following day.
  • Do we provide food tastings for a wedding?
    Yes, a food tasting for two guests is included in our wedding packages, allowing you to discuss menu options with our chef.
  • What does an event include?
    Exclusive use of our property, including the Kirby Log House, Vine and Barrel Room, sound system, ceremony seating, podium, interior decorations, sweetheart table, harvest tables with vineyard chairs, and more. For a detailed list, refer to our event inclusions.
  • Is there off-season pricing?
    Yes, we offer off-season pricing. Contact our wedding team for more information based on your preferred time.
  • What happens on a rainy day?
    In case of rain, the wedding ceremony can be seamlessly moved under our covered patio.
  • What do you offer for guest accommodations?
    While we don't provide accommodations, we can share a vendor list to help guests find suitable options within their budgets.
  • What vendors will I need for my ceremony?
    Key vendors include a DJ, officiant, wedding cake source, and florist. Each event may vary, so feel free to discuss your specific needs with our team.
  • Are we able to visit the site?
    Absolutely! We encourage you to visit our winery to explore the facilities and have your questions answered.
  • Is your facility available all year?
    Our facility operates seasonally, from May to November each year. Contact us for availability during these months.
